Day 2

First thing was cleaning out, well, re-organizing, my pantry. Dividing out shelves based on "can eat" and "cannot," organic chicken broth and parmesan crutons to the top, dried seaweed snacks and quinoa to the bottom. Good bye mik chocolate covered almonds. But I realized that I did already have a decent ammount of groceries that fit in with my new vegan diet. After the pantry purge, came the fridge. The hard part. The eggs and milk, butter and mayonaise, and the most tragic parting of ways with the one thing I know will be the most challenging to give up, my best friend, the cheese.
